Don England: My name is Don England. I live in Las Vegas, NV. I am semi-retired. I retired in 2009 as the CEO of the Housing Authority of the City of North Las Vegas. Since then I have been working with a group of people trying to start a new airline. Our working name is: NOVA International Airlines but it may change as we raise money and get closer to flying.
